Rejection of war crimes investigation in Afghanistan under US pressure

According to reports, the International Criminal Court dismissed the prosecution of war crimes in Afghanistan on the basis of significant US pressure. The Hague International Court of Justice has already decided to address the case, but judges in the Tribunal say they will not review war investigations on Afghan war crimes.
Hague trial judges are not currently conducting investigations into war crimes in Afghanistan for the sake of justice in the country. Meanwhile, last week, the United States rejected the issuance of a visa to the General Prosecutor Fatou Bensuda, a prosecutor general for investigating US military operations in Afghanistan.
