Release of Commando soldier from Taliban prison in Kunduz

According to 209 Shaheen Army Corps Newsletter in northern Afghanistan, a commando soldier was released from the custody of Taliban as a result of the security forces’ operation in Kunduz. The newsletter adds: “Enayatullah is a commando soldier serving in 7 commando company in Helmand 215 Maiwand Army corps, he was identified by Taliban at least 20 days ago, after his abductions he was in Taliban custody at the area of Pole-e-Aloyet area of Kunduz Sherkhan Bandar area.
In the Shahin Army’s newsletter, the “Shaheen Army 209 Corps” were able to launch special operations after identifying the position of the soldier. The soldier who was imprisoned in the Pul-e-Vite area along the Kunduz-Shirkhan Bandar highway was released from the Taliban. ”
The Shaheen corps has did not stated on the casualties of taliban during this operation.
