Russia warns against illegal restoration of Afghan army Russian MI-17s in Slovakia

The Russian manufacturer of Russian MI-17s has warned that the company will not be held liable if any challenges are encountered. According to the MI-17 manufacturer, the Afghan Ministry of Defense has already restored two Russian helicopters at the company (LOTN) in Slovakia. The National Army helicopters manufacturer claims that the Slovakian company has no relationship with Russian companies, and the Afghan Ministry of Defense must stop this action.
This is while the Black-Hawk helicopters is expected to replace the Russian helicopters of Afghanistan National Army in recent years. American officials have announced that the Russian helicopters would be replaced due to the tensions between Moscow, Washington and European Allies.
