Afghan Sports Representative Samira Asghari received the Afghan Sports Personality Award at the National Olympic Committee of the Statue of the World Federation of Sports Reporters.
Samira Asghari, the only Afghan sports lady who was recently nominated to the United States Olympic Committee on Saturday, voted 77 votes in favor of the International Olympic Committee in Buenos Aires, the country’s third largest international summit.
Ms. Asghari, who is also a member of the national basketball team of Afghanistan, was selected as the Afghan national sports figure last year at the 2nd Afghan Sports Awards Award, sponsored by the Federation of Sports Journalists.
Samira Asghari, a sports personality player from Afghanistan, received by the Federation of Sports Journalists in Afghanistan and the Honorary Testimony of the World Federation of Sports Journalists sent to him by Gianni Merlou on behalf of the other heads of the Federation of Sports Journalists in Zealand.
