Seven civilians were injured in a roadside mine blast in Khost province. Adel Haider, a spokesman for the Khost Police Command, told media that a civilian vehicle was hit by a magnetic mine in the area of the White Mosque in the security district of Khost at 10:45 am today and seven of its passengers were injured.

Five of the injured are said to be in critical condition.

However, the security situation in Khost province has been worrying.
