The carbonated beverages are one of the most popular non-alcoholic beverages that have attracted many fans today in the world, and especially in Afghanistan. These beverages are offered with a mix of chemical materials with delicious flavors that its fans every day are increasing day by day. But medical findings provide shocking details. Researchers have found that carbonated and sweet drinks are more likely to endanger the pollen’s health than any other group, and they may be over-exposed to diseases like sugar and obesity.

A recent study in the United States shows that the consumption of Soda, Juice and sweet beverages would increase threat of affecting pollen disease in 61% higher. In this report, 3,000 people who have used excessive drinks over the past 10 years have been tested. “To protect the health of pollen, you should avoid drinking soft drinks such as cookies, energy and other non-alcoholic beverages,” said the researchers.
