Uzbek foreign minister, Abdulaziz Kamilov, said on the sidelines of a meeting with the Afghan National Security Advisor: “We are committed for providing peace and stability in Afghanistan and the region, and we are doing our best in this regard. We will continue discussions and consultations with the countries of region to further enhance essential meeting of the Peace Process in Afghanistan. ”

In addition, Mohammad Hanif Atmar, the National Security Council advisor who has headed a high-level security delegation to Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, On sidelines of first Joint Security Commission meeting between the two countries, he meet with senior political officials of  Uzbekistan and discussed bilateral relations between Kabul and Tashkent.

In these meetings, General Manager of the Special Railway for Uzbekistan said: “Uzbekistan is committed to continue its cooperation with Afghanistan, and stability in that country will be in the sense of ensuring regional stability. Consequently, the neighboring countries should be honest in ensuring the security and stability of Afghanistan. ”

Uzbek Foreign Minister calls Tashkent meeting for mutual understanding in order to strengthen security and stability in Afghanistan and the region. And assured the National Security Council adviser that his country would expand its cooperation with Afghanistan.
