Taliban has threatened a private radio in Ghazni

Sama’s private radio director in Ghazni says he and his staff are threatened by Taliban that if do not stop their activates they would be targeted by the Taliban. “The Taliban came to my house at night and threatened to stop radio broadcasts, the group said that no female girl should work on this radio or her voice should be heard.” said the radio station Sama official, who was speaking in the condition of anonymity.
The Taliban are active in some areas of Ghazni province some parts of the center and most of the districts of this province. In the latest case, following the press release of the Taliban threatening to broadcast anti-Taliban press releases to the media, Sama’s private radio station in Ghazni is the first local media in the province that is threatened.
