Taliban heavy casualties in Kandahar and Zabul provinces

More than 60 armed Taliban have been killed and injured as a result of security operations in Kandahar and Zabul provinces.
Security forces in the south are adding up to 43 armed Taliban killed in operations that were launched during a week.
In the course of these operations, 25 mines were discovered and defused, and 22 opponents of the government were injured, sources added.
This is while Zabul province is one of the most insecure provinces in Afghanistan, and insecurity has intensified in recent years.
