Taliban shadow governor for Nahr-e-Shahi district was arrested

The National Directorate of Security (NDS) has announced in a newsletter that its special forces have been detained in two separate operations the Taliban shadow governor for Nahr-e Shah district of Mazar-e-Sharif district and detained a Taliban influencer.
According to the newsletter: “National Security Forces have arrested two separate operations in Balkh that during these operations Ghaibullah, son of Mohammad Hashem, the district governor of the Taliban’s Nahr-e Shahi district of Balkh”. The newsletter continues: “This person was recruited by the Mullah Qudratullah Taliban Governor to Mazar-e-Sharif five months ago to carry out destructive and aggressive activities.”
In another security operation, an individual called Ghazi, who wanted to detain a local police station in Chemtal district for the Taliban, was suspected of having confessed to their first offense.
