The Moscow summit participants distributed a joint resolution on their meeting and called this summit “the largest step of the Bainul-Afghani” The statement wrote: “We the participants of Bainul Afghani, which was held on February 5th and 6th of this year by the invitations of the residents of Moscow, and in fact considered as the largest step of the Bainul Afghani so far, It is important to acknowledge and approve it, and we appreciate it.”

The resolution states: “Afghanistan, full national sovereignty, grounding for the complete withdrawal of foreign troops from the country, strengthening national unity, providing conditions for the participation of all Afghan people in political life in order to ensure social justice, respect for the principles of Islam and values The National Reconciliation, Preventing Repetition of the Serious Events of the Past Decades in the Country, and Understanding and Respecting Afghans and Adopting One another “agreed after a long discussion and discussion of Afghan peace.

  1. All parties to the conference fully agree that realizing a lasting peace, with the dignity of the will of all the people of Afghanistan, achieved with the participation of all Afghans.
  2. All parties agree that the Bainul-Afghani talks should be continued in such sensitive circumstances.
  3. All parties to the agreement support the ongoing talks in Qatar and consider it to be effective and positive in ending the current imposed war in Afghanistan.
  4. All parties involved in the implementation of necessary reforms, the maintenance and strengthening of fundamental institutions, defenses and other national institutions, which are the property of all Afghans, are underpinned by a peace accord.
  5. Participating parties in order to achieve lasting and comprehensive peace in Afghanistan require the cooperation and support of the countries of the region and the major countries.
  6. All parties involved emphasize the following values and principles:

  • Agreement on that Afghanistan is home of all Afghans
  • The emphasis on protecting a strong central government of the just participation of all ethnic groups in Afghanistan
  • Emphasizing the consolidation of national unity and the realization of social justice
  • Emphasize the principle of neutrality of Afghanistan against regional and global conflicts
  • The protection of religious and national values emphasizes the adoption of a policy in line with the current world
  1. All parties involved in peace and the follow-up actions underline the following:
  • Withdrawal of all US forces from Afghanistan
  • The emphasis on non-interference of foreign countries in Afghanistan
  • Ensuring a global community that will not be a threat to them from Afghanistan
  • Ensuring respect for women’s educational, political, economic and social rights in accordance with Islamic values
  • Emphasis on respect for the fundamental and political rights of the people of Afghanistan and freedom of expression in accordance with Islamic principles
  • Emphasizing efforts to achieve national and international commitments to ensure lasting peace in the country
  • An attempt to obtain international assistance for the reconstruction and realization of economic development in Afghanistan
