The most dangerous Taliban commander killed in Zabul

The Interior Ministry announced that the most dangerous Taliban commander was killed in an airstrike in Zabul province.
The Ministry of National Defense (MoD) said in a news release on Sunday (10 November): “As a result of airstrikes in Shanaki district, Mullah Hamdo, a Taliban military official for Shaniki district and one of the most dangerous Taliban commanders were killed along with his two bodyguards.
The newsletter added: “Mullah Hamdo was the mastermind of the explosives and mines attacks, transporting explosives and also responsible for the construction of Bam mines and vehicles for Zabul province and had close ties with al-Qaeda members.
The Ministry of Defense continues to write in a newsletter that 46 armed Taliban have been killed and 15 others wounded as a result of joint security and defense operations in the last 24 hours in various parts of the country.
The Taliban have not yet commented.
