While the US is about to leave Afghanistan after 18 years, it still fails to combat terrorism and continue to provide peace in Afghanistan. The most recent report from the US Department of War shows that the NATO-led firm’s support mission in developing the Afghan Army’s tactical capabilities has not been successful.

The report also said that the Command of Training and Counseling had not provided firm support in upgrading the tactical and coordination capabilities of the Afghan Air Force. The report comes as the country’s security forces are currently fighting a fierce battle with the Taliban in at least 18 provinces. Meanwhile, there have been reports of increased security casualties these days.
