Faryab province security officials report the sale of an eight-year-old girl by her father. The press office in Faryab province says the child is named Benafsha and sells her for a hundred thousand Afghani and a house because of his father’s poverty, which was fortunately prevented by security forces.
Faryab police added that the command’s criminal management forces, in coordination with the Independent Human Rights Commission, have prevented the case.
The provincial police said the perpetrators were detained and handed over to the law.
