Protests in Kabul following the assault on the commander of the Ali Pour, as the name of commander (shamshir), have also led to violence, and eyewitnesses have said that security forces are planning to stop the protests in Kabul city by firing bullets.
Interior Ministry spokesman (Najib Danesh) said: that during two days’ protest in Kabul, 20 police officers and 13 civilians were injured.
Protests in the west of Kabul city began after the National Security Forces arrested commander Alipour who had just arrived from Jaghori and Malistan districts of Ghazni province, and he arrested in Qal-e-qazi of Kabul. At the same time, provinces like Kabul, Ghazni, Bamiyan, Daikundi, Herat and Balkh have also protested and demanded their release from the security forces.
