A new wave of complexity in the battlefield and ground situation of Afghanistan, in the latest case some security sources in the north, has emphasized that the Taliban group had access to unmanned combat aircraft and advanced laser weapons in Jawzjan. The sources said in talks with the media that, in the recent battles in Jawzjan, the Taliban used these weapons to eliminate at least 40 Afghan soldiers, an issue that has so far been officially inspected by the country’s security agencies and the Afghan security institutions did not state their opinion on this issue.
Some representative of Jawzjan people in the north has long claimed that the Taliban have been able to take the initiative to gain the best of their equipment. This is while the Taliban have been doing their best to launch mass-media campaigns to conquer public opinion by publishing war-torn films of war.
