The Energy Secretary of the United States has confirmed that Donald Trump has issued six secret licenses to companies that could sell nuclear technology to Saudi Arabia. According to Reuters, these companies have been allowed to take preliminary steps to transfer this technology, but the transfer of facilities will not be carried out before agreements between the two countries.

Meanwhile, the US Department of Energy has called for Trump government to authorize this issue to work with Saudi Arabia. At least two nuclear power plants in Riyadh are to be built on the basis of the first memorandum of understanding between the United States and Saudi Arabia. This is while Russia and North Korea are two other rivals of the United States who are seeking to establish these nuclear facilities for Saudi Arabia, and the winners of the rivalry are expected to be announced by the end of 2019, according to Riyadh.
