New conflicts between India and Pakistan have raised fears of increased tensions between the two nuclear neighbors. According to reports, Pakistani military officials have said at least three soldiers have been killed in the recent fresh clashes between Indian and Pakistani military personnel on the border.

The Pakistani army media office said that these clashes took place in the Rukhchiri area in the Ravalakut of Kashmir, and in addition to the killing of three Pakistani soldiers, at least one other was wounded. Meanwhile, Indian media have reported that Islamabad has once again fueled military tensions, and Indian soldiers have responded to the Pakistani military. India said that in the past few weeks, at least 3 Pakistan drones had been toppled over its border areas by Indian Air force.
