Army in Kandahar province reports two US soldiers killed by an Afghan soldier. “An Afghan soldier fired on foreign troops yesterday, killing two foreign soldiers,” Deputy Assistant Spokesman for the (Atal Army corps) General Mohammed Sediq told Media on Tuesday.

The motive for the shooting has not yet been determined, and investigations are underway, according to a spokesman for the Ethel Army.

Meanwhile, NATO’s strong support mission in Afghanistan has announced that two US soldiers were killed in Afghanistan yesterday.

The mission did not provide detailed support on how the two US soldiers were killed.

But Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid claimed in a tweet that two foreign soldiers were killed and four others were wounded in the incident, carried out by a patriotic soldier.

With the deaths of two US soldiers in Afghanistan, the number of US military casualties in the country has risen to five this year.
