U.N. rights chief calls for Venezuelan demonstration

The U.N. chief calling for independent investigations into violence liked to protests in Venezuela, allegedly the security forces or pro-government forces that killed at least 20 people in the demonstrations. Michelle Bachelet’s office in Geneva said “urged all sides to conduct immediate talks to defuse the increasingly incendiary atmosphere”
She added that an independent group, impartial probe was needed for any violence or death, to reduce any risk. Meanwhile, reports indicate that more than 350 demonstrators were arrested at the rally. Foreign media reported that 20 people were killed by security forces.
