Washington’s sharp warning to Germany

The United States has warned Germany that if Chinese Huawei smart phone company launches, its branch in Germany Washington will restrict access to US intelligence. The ambassador to Germany sent a warning to the German Minister of Economy by sending a letter. It is first time, that Washington has reportedly threatened directly one of its allies with the implications of China’s telecommunications embargoed implications, German media reported.
According to US media, Washington believes that the Huawei cell phone company is spying for China clearly, and now it is trying to keep up with its products in western markets. Australia and New Zealand have so far agreed not to allow Huawei to open its branches in their territory.
