What will be reactions on injuring a news reporter in Kabul by first vice president guard?

Some media outlets announced last night that Batur TV’s correspondent Habib Qoyash and media advisor for Abdul Rashid Dostum was shot down by the guard of first vice president General Abdul Rashid Dostum, which led to the loss of one eye of the reporter. Mr. Qoyash family claims that this incident took place in front of General Dostum house and his guard has fled from the incident scene after he shot down Habib Qoyash by bullet.
According to media reports, Mr. Qoyash was one of the most influential journalists in Ayna and Batur televisions, also he was serving as Vice President media Advisor, until now, the cause of the incident is unclear. Meanwhile, the Security Committee of Journalists says they are looking to get the truth behind this story is unclear. Najib Sharifi, Afghan safety committee chairman told Pasbanan in phone conversation that they are observing this incident from close; he added: “Our colleagues have already begun their studies to clarify the dimensions of the event, the Afghan journalists safety committee severely condemns the incident, and emphasizes that justice institutions And the judiciary needs to pay attention to this case and punish the suspect of this incident.”
Although the cause of this incident has not yet been clarified, but Habib Qoyash family says that they have send him to India for further treatment. Kabul police officials have not yet stated on this issue.
