Zabihullah Mujahid: Taliban is ready to negotiate with government as an internal faction

The Taliban have been prepared to negotiate with the Afghan government with a new prerequisite. A Taliban spokesman, Zabihullah Mujahid, wrote in a message: “The Taliban Islamic Emirate is ready to speak with the Kabul government, but on condition that the government would be identified as one of the internal factions of the Afghan crisis, not as a government. »
Earlier, the Taliban group had announced that members of the Afghan government could also participate in the second meeting of political leaders and Taliban which would be held in Qatar as individual figures, not representatives of the national unity government. These statements are being made while the Taliban and the US negotiating team are preparing for the Sixth Round of Peace Talks. The Taliban has announced that this round of peace talks would also be held in Qatar.
The fifth round of US Peace Talks with the Taliban in Qatar was held for at least 16 days, and the two sides agreed to withdraw foreign troops from Afghanistan. The Taliban ensured that no threat would be pose to other countries of the world from Afghanistan treaty.
