Political and profit-making factors:

The former military believes that such actions by the Ministry of Interior’s leadership may have taken place for several reasons, especially political pressure. Mirza Mohammad Yarmand, former Deputy Minister of Interior, says: “In general, two factors can be considered the main reason for not introducing these people as commissioners. Recruitment general department of interior ministry refusal to nominate these individuals as commissioners was a monetary interaction, and secondly, the leadership of the Home Office is currently set to go to a vote of confidence in Parliament, as lawyers support the ports appointed by lawyers. “Therefore, this process may have been delayed until a vote of confidence is taken.”

Through continuous contacts with the Ministry of Interior of Afghanistan’s media department, we succeeded in obtaining the views of this institution. The refusal to introduce 22 new commissioners to the Border Police positions of the Ministry of Interior has taken place while the government He assigned 100 new officers to the new generation of police officers as police commanders in 100 districts of the country.
