Silence for the sake of peace stalemate is a lack of self-defense of zeal and carelessness

Let’s not defend something that has ruined your life, taken away your youth, destroyed your country, made you poorer and hungrier. Let’s face it, it isn’t easy to understand the facts at first, but you will be comfortable for years. We all know that about a month has passed since the beginning of the inter-Afghan talks in Doha.
And today, for fourteen days, the Afghan delegation and the Taliban have not sat face to face, and no agreement or talk has been made on the peace talks agenda. Undoubtedly, the negotiations have reached a deadlock. The deadlock of these negotiations, in which both the Taliban and the Afghan government representatives cant concluded, has several principles, which are as follows:
- Both sides, the Taliban and the Afghan negotiation team, do not have the authority to make decisions; they should be consulted elsewhere;
- On the other hand, from the beginning to the end, the Taliban kept secret that any decision must be made following Sharia, Sunnah, and Islamic law. But now they say no, the other choices should be under Islamic law, but the connection or the beginning should be following the negotiations that we have done with the Americans, that is, the talks that they had with Khalilzad consider him before Islamic law;
- On the other hand, there is talk that Jafari jurisprudence should be silenced, which is never accepted; Jafari jurisprudence has been accepted and approved in the constitution in religion and the beliefs of the Afghan people; No one can be silent, and no one can ignore Jafari jurisprudence. Also, if the Afghan delegation has accepted this issue, they have committed a great sin;
At present, this stalemate and the fact that they have not been reached to an explicit agreement means that there is a ground for foreign intervention and a base for Khalilzad and the Americans to intervene in Afghanistan and force both sides to sign the deal. I believe that Pakistan is another Israel in the region for the United States; that is it wants to accept the understanding that Zalmai Khalilzad has made with Pakistan over Afghanistan in any way. And the same Americans are trying to bring the Taliban to Afghanistan. If the Taliban are not in power, at least over 60 percent of the Americans who have agreed with the Taliban will hand over power to the Taliban.
Unfortunately, it must be said that after a year, the Afghan government did not dare to explain to the Afghan people what happened in Khalilzad’s talks with the Taliban and what is happening now, and what fate awaits the Afghan people. Unfortunately, we all see that the Afghan government, under the pressure of the Americans, especially Zalmai Khalilzad and Pompeo, who left 5,000 Taliban, many of whom returned to the battlefield.
With the liberation of five thousand Taliban fighters, a number of our armed forces have been demoralized. They believe that no matter how much we sacrifice, our sacrifices will not be taken into account. We caught those who killed the people, but the government released them unconditionally. The people of Afghanistan have the right to ask the government how you liberated five thousand Taliban, and you say that it was also decided in the Consultative Jirga that with the release of these five thousand Taliban, we enjoyed relative security, peace is established, whether the Taliban agreed to Conditional negotiate with you? What did you gain by releasing these five thousand Taliban? Mr. Ghani must answer to the people what the result of their action was?
With the creation of the Supreme National Reconciliation Council, beliefs were believed to be the leading hope. Still, as can be seen, the Presidential Palace has not yet given the Reconciliation Council officials any concessions or privileges, which is a significant challenge in breaking the peace process. The people of Afghanistan should indeed defend the Republic, democracy, and freedom, but if the people believe that the Republic belongs only to Mr. Ashraf Ghani, Amrullah Saleh, or Mr. Sarwar Danesh, no, but they have not yet been able to save the Republic, and the people. Sovereignty and freedom are adequately protected. They have not been able to take into account all the values, but the system belongs to Afghanistan’s people. I suggest that Afghanistan’s people should stand up for the Republic and the constitution, not sovereignty or for the faith of protecting a politician. They should defend the political system no matter if someone leaves or comes to power.
But defending the system, defending freedom, and defending independence are the assumptions of all of us that we must stand up for so that we do not drown in another mire once again. I suggest to all the people of Afghanistan that we must conclude that this government is incapable of responding to national and popular values. We should know that this homeland is not the only homeland of Mr. Ashraf Ghani, Abdullah, Saleh, or knowledge; it belongs to all the tribes of Afghanistan. Why do we give up this country for the sake of saving our homeland for the sake of our national values and interests? This silence shows our goat’s heart, lack of compassion, and lack of effort. Let us put our hands and sleeves on ourselves and not rely on these leaders’ presence or absence; let us bravely take steps to save our homeland. Silence is sin, lack of zeal, disrespect for national values.
