Uruzgan Governor in Afghanistan: Taliban investigates 2% of criminal cases

Asadullah Said, the governor of Uruzgan in Afghanistan, says about 2 percent of the crimes in the province are being handled by the Taliban.
Uruzgan governor of Tolo Afghanistan has reported that citizens come to the Taliban to look into criminal cases in the districts where there are no state judicial bodies.
