After the spread of Taliban attacks within the framework of the Al-Fatah operation, it now appears that the Taliban have gained more confidence in winning the battle, in the most recent case, the head of Taliban political office in Qatar, Mullah Sher Mohammad Abbas Stanekzai, told media that the Taliban did not need to open an office in Afghanistan. “When the Taliban have 70 percent of Afghanistan’s geography under their sovereignty, they have the regular organization in each province, we have all the facilities at hand, so why do we would open our office, our broad presence?” At the same time, 70 percent presence in all the provinces represent our strength, and in fact, we have opened our office before the government says. ”

The statements are being made when Mohammad Ashraf Ghani, the country’s president, at the end of the Consultative Loya Jirga, said that if the Taliban are sincerely seeking a lasting peace in Afghanistan, the National Unity Government plans to open an office in any province they want.  Mr. Ghani also called on Taliban leader Mullah Hebatullah to stop fighting, abandon violence and work for peace in the country and announce a cease-fire, but the government’s call for retaliation for terrorist attacks has been answered by the Taliban.
