The special representative of the Russian president, zamir Kabulof, has said that the sharp reaction of Afghan President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani to the (bainul-Afghani) meeting in Moscow is a sign of his frustration.

Kabulof added that Kabul’s formal complaint to the United Nations is indicative of “dual games” because of the Taliban’s travel to Moscow, which is on the UN sanctions list.

The special representative of Russian president adds: When the Taliban went to Tashkent, Indonesia and Abu Dhabi to participate in talks, why did the Afghan president keep quiet.

It is worth to say that a report was recently made that the Afghan government has complained to the United Nations about the travel of some members of the Taliban in Russia. The reason for the government’s complaint was that Russia allowed members of the Taliban’s delegation to travel to Moscow, whose names are on the UN blacklist.
