Security officials in the north of the country say four senior Taliban commanders killed and wounded, along with 14 people in the province of Faryab.

Shahin Corps 209 writes a newsletter: The Taliban have incurred deadly casualties as a result of the security forces’ involvement in the Taliban in the districts of Dawlat Abad, Khwaja Sabz-Posh and Qaisari in Faryab Province. In the clashes, four of the senior commanders of this group, Qari Gulbuddin, Qari Mohammadullah, Mullah Zarif, known as Timani, and Mullah Abdullah, known as Jahangir, along with seven other members of the group, also wounded seven Taliban They have been removed.

The newsletter adds: As a result of the clashes, a security guard in Qaisar district has been killed and three other security forces have been wounded.
