Teachers have always struggled with their life but they have never stopped in accordance to provide education to the students, with all the challenges they face, while this category is low in salaries and is facing a lot of problems in terms of living standards. But in the most recent case, after many challenges, educators stopped working in Herat, western Iran. According to today’s reports (Saturday, May 28), a large number of government school teachers in Herat went on strike and demanded an increase in their salaries. They say that the salary given to them is negligible and should be increased.

Meanwhile, schoolchildren in the country have always been concerned about their low salaries and the government’s lack of respect for their lives, while sources in Herat have not yet addressed this issue.
