Under the decree of President Ghani, Haroon Chakhansori was appointed as deputy for governance and programming of the presidential office. On the basis of Afghan president decree: “In order to better integrate, facilitate and pursue the government’s work programs and the implementation focused on the results of the plans and directives of the high ranking presidency, the following issues are intended: Establishment of a deputy governorate and plans to the Presidential Chief of Staff office of the High Representative for the Presidency in a high ranking position; Mohammad Haroon Chakhansori is appointed as a deputy governor and plans outside the ranks, by attending the cabinet of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and the presidential councils, and proposing the formation of a deputy govern meant and plans. ”

Mr. Chakhansori is appointed as the deputy governor and president of the Republic of Afghanistan, who previously served as spokesman of the presidential palace.
