The government is scheduled to cost 19 million AFN to provide school buildings for more than 5,000 students in areas where the Taliban have control and rule. According to reports, 4 schools are planned to be built in the villages of the “Killan Factory”, “Ghorgan”, “Seddvz Andkhoy”, “Alti Bukk Ghazi Kint”, “Qarghmal” and “Qala-e- Nistan Khanjarbagh”.

Tayeb Basir, public relations in charge of National Program for citizen charter of the North Zone has stated to media: “The construction of these schools will began through the National Program of Citizen charter and the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD), would have responsibility for the construction of these schools and the work of these schools would be ended in 2019.

While there are 565 schools in Faryab which is from intermediate to the Teacher training programs, all over Faryab province, according to reports 298 of these institution have buildings, and 267 others are without buildings. But the national officials for Citizen Charter program says that this problem will soon be resolved.
