نی: دسترسی به اطلاعات در حکومت وحدت ملی محدود شده است

نی «نهاد حمایت از رسانه های آزاد افغانستان» در نشست خبری امروز چهار شنبه اعلام کرد: از ایجاد حکومت وحدت ملی تا اکنون دسترسی خبرنگاران به اطلاعات اندک شده است. مجیب خلوتر، رییس اجرایی این نهاد می گوید: «برخی از خبرنگاران، مدیران ارشد رسانه ها در تماس با دفتر نی از دسترسی نداشتن به اطلاعات شکایت کرده اند. آنان مدعی اند که در زمان حکومت وحدت ملی به اطلاعات خیلی محدود دسترسی دارند.»
آقای خلوتگر همچنان از موارد دیگری نیز پرده بر میدارد. او می گوید: «تبعیض میان خبرنگاران داخلی و خارجی، آن گونه که خبرنگاران خارجی اولویت دارند، هراس مقام های امنیتی از خبرنگاران، تعلل در اعلام آمار دقیق از تلفات حمله های هراس افگنی، خود داری کارمندان نهادهای دولتی از ارایه ی معلومات، اشتراک نکردن مسؤولان در بحث های تلویزیونی و رادیویی، آگاه نبودن نهادهای دولتی از حق دسترسی به اطلاعات و خاموش بودن تیلفون های همراه برخی از سخنگویان شکایت های مهم فعالان رسانه یی بوده است.»
اما کاخ ریاست جمهوری این ادعاها را بی بنیاد می داند. شاه حسین مرتضوی، سرپرست دفتر سخنگوی کاخ ریاست جمهوری به پایگاه خبری پاسبانان می گوید: « حكومت متعهد به حمايت از آزادي بيان است، سال گذشته ریيس جمهور به منظور دسترسي به معلومات حكم داده است و همه سخنگويان مكلف به ارايه معلومات و پاسخ دهي مي باشند.» ظاهرن ارایه ی این گزارش به مذاق کاخ ریاست جمهوری خوش نخورده است. آقای مرتضوی می افزاید: « نهاد ني در قضاوت هاي خود مسلكلي و منصفانه عمل نمي كند اميد وارم كه اين نهاد نسبت به مسايل خبري و رسانه یی مغرضانه بر خورد نكند.»
